rockettes & waffle house go hand in hand...

soooo i went to see the "radio city spectacular" last night staring the ROCKETTES!! it was awesome, well worth the money...i went with bryan, his mama & his aunt...we had a blast. it was a cool breezy night, which made the warm & fuzzy christmas feelings easy to come by...

me, bryan & his mama ate at waffle house....yeah it was 11pm...and i ate a good ole greassssy hamburger from waffle house :) not something i should make a habit out of...although it would be really easy to...b/c i'm nuts about waffle house...did i mention i love waffle house...b/c i LOVE waffle house! :)

i have pics to post but left my USB cord to my camera at home & i'm at bryan's right now...i'll upload them on my next post...

here a baby, there a baby, everywhere a baby!

well i havent told yall on here yet but, my 17 year old sister is expecting her first child...her due date is on december 4th. yessss i know that 17 is a little young to become a parent, but i honestly think this is the best thing that could have happen to my little sister. me & my family couldnt be anymore happy about this baby then what we are...i cannot wait...she is dialated to a 1 1/2 if you will...and went last thursday to have the membranes scraped off, (this is suppose to help your cervix thin out, causing your water to break...resulting in the birth of an infant :)

Sooooo anyday now, i'll have a niece named camden lee!

Letter to a baby:

Dear lil Cammy Poo,
This is your Aunt Boo Boo here. I just wanted to right a letter especially to you. I cannot wait for your arrival. You will never know exactly how big a blessing you have been to this family & you arent even here just yet. I seen a recent ultrasound pic of you last week & you've grown up so much since last time we seen an ultrasound pic. You, little lady have been blessed with such a great family. Thats one thing I can say. Have a safe trip to the outside, cannot wait to hold ya, kiss ya & teach ya all the things that your mama can't ;)

well just thought i'd share this with everyone...i cracked me up & made me laugh, even though it is pretty sad...HERE IT GOES...

i was on facebook the other day..i logged on & on my home page where it shows "who posted on who's wall" (or as i like to call it the "TMI" or the "NOSEY PAGE")..anyways...i ran across a post that mine & bryan's newly married friends had posted to each other...the new husband posted on his new wife's wall..."hey babe, just wanted to let you know you look like an angel when you sleep...can't wait for you to wake up..i love you"...well at first i was like awwww thats soooo stinkin' sweet...well that soon ended as soon as i thought about what my boyfriend would post on my facebook wall in the midst of watching me sleep...it would go something like this here....

"hey taterhead...just thought i'd let you know that you drool like a pig when you sleep...oh and i farted in your face awhile ago & your mouth was open..hahahaaa"...then he'd probably end it with something like..."well i'm gonna get off here sweetie cause i'm tried" -- notice i put "tried" instead of "tired" b/c well my boyfriend always gets two letters in every word mixed up...leading to confusion on my part...you just gotta sit & figure out what he meant...kinda unscramble the letters...ya know??! all in all i couldnt ask for a better boyfriend though...he is the best thing that has ever happened to me...i swear...ha!

Lessons I've Learned in Life:
To accept the bad with the good. You don't know what your life will bring tomorrow so enjoy today. Life is not easy but you have to bear with it for your own sake. That I must follow my own heart. To win you must first lose, and that when you lose sometimes you win. The importance of forgiveness b/c the past can affect your future if you let it. Always be yourself and don't let anyone change you.

well its saturday, and what better day to spend saturday morning, then to go to a 10am showing of NEW MOON??!?!! It was a pretty good follow up to twilight, although i do have to say i enjoyed the books much more, i always do though.

i made bryan take me to wal-mart last minute last night, in hopes of finding a "team edward" tshirt. well, i looked for a long time & i had to settle for a "team vampire" tshirt instead, which is darling by the way...afterwards, he took me to mcdonalds & bought me a bottle of "mad house wife" wine. i was a happy girl...its the simple things that make my day :)

well its that time again, friday!!! well lets see, i started the morning off by getting up at 3:30am...to go hunting with my boyfriend, bryan. the sun was up pretty good by 6am...then at 6:45am, we seen it!! 7 doe, standing out 30 yards from the treestand pretty much saying "take your pick"....the muzzleloader misfired...leading to no kill, no deer, wasted morning & two pretty mad hunters. i don't wanna talk about it anymore...THE END!! :)

i am going to see "NEW MOON" tomorrow morning, pretty excited about it. yesss i am one of those pathetic, over-obsessed twilight fans!! andddd i'm not ashamed to admit it. so there.

okay in this first blog i am going to introduce myself a little bit...

my name is courteney (spelled with two E's)...ahem, as i was saying...my name is courteney renee' bradshaw. i am 21 years old. i live in greenbrier, tn. i graduated from greenbrier high school in 2006. greenbrier is a great place to grow up. its a small, one red light town. where everybody knows everyone, and friday nights are spent at the high school football games. im a pretty simple country girl. i have an amazing life, that i wouldnt trade for anything. i am outgoing & laid back all rolled into one. i am friendly & get along with pretty much anyone i come across unless you are just downright rude. i am up for pretty much anything with a few exceptions here & there. i enjoy great "life experiences". i love meaningful conversations. i try to find the good in every person & 99% of the time i can. i try to stay positive in every situation, whether it seems hopeless or not, its amazing what a little bit of positivity will do. i am very stubborn at times, i get it from my mama. i stand up for what i believe in at all times. i will argue til i'm blue in the face, trying to get my point across....life is pretty spectacular at the moment.
